Bakalářská práce má za cíl popsat nynější pohled na léčbu a rehabilitaci, a dále nabídnout možnosti funkčního testování spastické parézy u pacientů s různorodou etiologií. Rehabilitace nabízí řadu prostředků pro zmírnění spastické parézy a zlepšení funkce jedince. Cílem práce je na základech Evidence-based medicine neboli medicíně založené na důkazech, podložit funkčnost a účinnost jednotlivých možností rehabilitace. První část práce pojednává o spastické paréze, její etiologii, fyziologii, patofyziologii a diagnostice. Druhá část je věnována možnostem farmakologické a nefarmakologické léčby a rehabilitace.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the current view on treatment and rehabilitation, and to offer possibilities of functional testing of spastic paresis in patients with different etiologies. Rehabilitation offers a number of means to alleviate spastic paresis and improve an individual's function. The aim of this thesis is to substantiate the functionality and efficacy of different individual rehabilitation options based on Evidence-based medicine. The first part of the thesis discusses spastic paresis, its etiology, physiology, pathophysiology and diagnosis. The second part is devoted to pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment and rehabilitation options.
