Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fyzioterapie u poruch oromotoriky. Cílem práce je shrnout aktuální možnosti fyzioterapie dle nalezených studií za posledních dvacet let. Poznatky jsou dohledány ze zahraničních databází (EBSCO, MEDLINE Ovid, PubMed, Google Scholar) a českých periodik. Na úvod vymezujeme pojem oromotorika, uvádíme její funkci a každou složku podrobně charakterizujeme. Dále se konkrétně zaměřujeme na orofaciální terapii a fyzioterapii u faciální parézy, motorické afázie, apraxie řeči, dysartrie a nemocí temporomandibulárního kloubu.This thesis acts as a systematic review, gathering information about physiotherapy in oromotoric disorders. The aim of this thesis is to summarize current options of physiotherapy according to the studies found over the last twenty years. Findings used in the thesis were looked up in databases (EBSSCO, MEDLINE Ovid, PubMed, Google Scholar) and czech periodicals. At the beginning, we define oromotorics, its function and we characterize each component in detail. We also specifically focus on orofacial therapy and possible physiotherapeutic interventions for facial palsy, motor aphasia, apraxia of speech, dysarthria and temporomandibular joint disorders.
