Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo sumarizovat aktuální dohledané poznatky o problematice prevence dekubitů na jednotkách intenzivní péče Do přehledové bakalářské práce byly použity výzkumné studie z elektronických vědeckých databází Ovid, EBSCO a Pub Med. Prvním dílčím cílem bylo sumarizovat aktuálně dohledané poznatky o příčinách výskytu dekubitů na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Podle dohledaných poznatků bylo zjištěno, že dekubity se nejčastěji vyskytují u imobilních a polymorbidních pacientů s věkem nad 60 let. Druhým dílčím cílem bylo sumarizovat aktuálně dohledané poznatky o využití preventivních materiálů v prevenci vzniku dekubitů na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Bylo dohledáno, že matrace z paměťové pěny jsou vhodné pro dlouhodobě hospitalizované pacienty. Třetím dílčím cílem byla sumarizace aktuálně dohledaných poznatků účinnosti škál k posouzení rizika vzniku dekubitů na jednotkách intenzivní péči. Bylo zjištěno, že používané škály nejsou vhodné pro používání na JIP. Tato práce může být využita všeobecnými sestrami, zvláště pak všeobecnými sestrami pracující v intenzivní péči pro rozšíření svých vědomostí o prevence vzniku dekubitů a také může sloužit jako podklad pro studenty FZV v Olomouci.The aim of this bachelor thesis was to summarize the current findingson the issue of pressure ulcer prevention in intensive care units Research studies from the electronic scientific databases Ovid, EBSCO and Pub Med were used in the overview bachelor's thesis. The first partial goal was to summarize the currently found knowledge about the causes of pressure ulcers in intensive care units. According to the findings, it was found that pressure ulcers most often occur in immobile and polymorbid patients over 60 years of age. The second partial goal was to summarize the currently found knowledge about the use of preventive materials in the prevention of pressure ulcers in intensive care units. It has been found that memory foam mattresses are suitable for long-term hospitalized patients. The third partial goal was to summarize the currently found findings of the effectiveness of scales to assess the risk of pressure ulcers in intensive care units. The scales used were found not to be suitable for use in the ICU. This work can be used by general nurses, especially general nurses working in intensive care to expand their knowledge of pressure ulcer prevention and can also serve as a basis for students of health sciences in Olomouc.
