Přehledová bakalářská práce sumarizuje problematiku ošetřovatelské péče u dětí s terapií enterální výživou. Práce se zabývá jedním z nejčastějších způsobů podání enterální výživy - perkutánní endoskopickou gastrostomií. V prvním dílčím cíli se práce soustředí na péči o dítě s PEG, dále zajištění enterální výživy. Ve druhém dílčím cíli se zaměřuje na komplikace, které se mohou u dětí v souvislostech s PEG a enterální výživou objevit. Relevantní zdroje pro tvorbu práce byly dohledány v elektronických vědeckých databázích Web of Science, Scopus, EBSCO, ProQuest, Science Direct. Práce obsahuje podrobný popis postupů ošetřování dětí s PEG, včetně studií potvrzující účinnost daných postupů, dále poznatky dohledané ohledně prevence vzniku komplikací v souvislosti s enterální výživou.The bachelor thesis summarizes the issues of nursing care for children with enteral nutrition therapy. The thesis deals with one of the most common methods of enteral nutrition administration - percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. In the first sub-objective, the thesis focuses on the care of a child with PEG, then the provision of enteral nutrition. In the second sub-objective, it focuses on the complications that may occur wit children in the context of PEG and enteral nutrition. Relevant sources for the development of the thesis were searched in the electronic scientific databases Web of Science, Scopus, EBSCO, ProQuest, Science Direct. The thesis contains a detailed description of the procedures regarding the treatment of children with PEG, including studies confirming the effectiveness of the procedures, as well as findings regarding the prevention of complications related to enteral nutrition.
