Bakalářská práce popisuje historický vývoj kontrastních látek od počátků po současnost. Následně popisuje rozdělení a použití v různých diagnostických metodách. První část je věnována historii a vývoji kontrastních látek. Druhá část se věnuje rozdělení kontrastních látek a jejich vlastností. Poslední část se věnuje kontrastním látkám užívaných v magnetické rezonanci a při ultrazvukových vyšetření. Bakalářská práce byla sepsána z odborných knih a článků publikovaných v českém a anglickém jazyce. Zdroje byly internetové databáze Google Scholar, Medvik a Pubmed.The bachelor thesis describes the historical development of contrast agents from the beginning to the present. It then describes the distribution and use in various diagnostic methods. The first part is devoted to the history and development of contrast agents. The second part deals with the distribution of contrast agents and their properties. The last part deals with contrast agents used in magnetic resonance and ultrasound examinations.
