Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou možností zobrazit páteř a míchu. Zpočátku práce seznamuje čtenáře se základní anatomií páteře a míchy a poskytuje základní přehled onemocnění. Každá kapitola se zabývá jednotlivou zobrazovací metodou, která obsahuje základní principy, obecné informace, indikace k vyšetření a jednotlivé techniky provedení. Cílem je seznámit čtenáře se základními zobrazovacími metodami, které umožňují zobrazit jak páteř, tak i míchu a zároveň popsat jednotlivé techniky zobrazování. Práce poskytuje i novější informace, především o dynamickém MR zobrazování páteře, které dává lékařům nový diagnostický rozměr. Čtenářům pak dává základní přehled o tom, jaké jsou možnosti zobrazování páteře a míchy a jak správně tato vyšetření provádět. Získané informace mohou čtenáři dále uplatnit při svém vzdělávání a budoucí práci. Initially, the thesis introduces the basic anatomy of the spine and the spinal cord and provides a basic overview of spinal and spinal cord disorders. Each chapter discusses an individual imaging modality, which includes basic principles, general information, indications for examination, and individual techniques. The aim is to familiarize the reader with the basic imaging methods that allow imaging of both the spine and the spinal cord, while describing the different imaging techniques. The work also provides a more recent information, especially on dynamic MR imaging of the spine, which gives physicians a new diagnostic dimension. It gives readers a basic understanding of the imaging options for the spine and the spinal cord and how to perform these examinations correctly.
