Bakalářská práce zpřístupňuje problematiku sociálních podniků a poukazuje na možnosti zaměstnávání sociálních pracovníků v sociálních podnicích. Cílem práce je analýza kompetencí sociálního pracovníka a jeho profesní zařazení v prostředí sociálního podniku a analýza současného stavu sociální práce v prostředí sociálního podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část práce vychází z dostupné odborné literatury a pramenů vztažených k zaměření této práce. Druhá část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, který je realizován prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a případové studie. V závěru této práce jsou shrnuty hlavní přínosy výzkumného šetření, které mohou být využity v sociální práci v sociálních podnicích.The bachelor´s thesis provides access to the issue of social enterprises and highlights the possibilities of employing social workers in social enterprises. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the competences of a social worker and his/her professional classification in the social enterprise environment and an analysis of the current state of social work in the social enterprise environment. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the available literature and sources related to the focus of this thesis. The second part focuses on qualitative research, which is conducted through semi-structured interviews and a case study. This thesis concludes with a summary of the main contributions of the research investigation that can be used in social work in social enterprises.
