Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na osamocené matky (samoživitelky) a zabývá se bariérami, které vznikají a existují na trhu práce. Cílem mé práce je rekapitulace faktorů ztěžujících uplatnění samoživitelek na trhu práce. V úvodní části se zabývám definicí a konceptualizací pojmu samoživitelka, historickými milníky v samoživitelstí v Evropě a dimenzemi samoživitelství v současné společnosti. Dále se v práci zabývám problematikou samoživitelství z pohledu trhu práce a pozicí samoživitelek na něm. Práce obsahuje analýzu a syntézu poznatků z literatury, kde se zajímám o různé dimenze samoživitelství z rozdílných pohledů.The bachelor's thesis is focused on single mothers (single mothers) and deals with the barriers that arise and exist in the labor market. The aim of my work is a recapitulation of the factors that make it difficult for single mothers to apply on the labor market. In the introductory part, I deal with the definition and conceptualization of the term single parent, historical milestones in single parenting in Europe and the dimensions of single parenting in contemporary society. Furthermore, in my work I deal with the issue of single parenting from the point of view of the labor market and the position of single mothers on it. The work contains an analysis and synthesis of knowledge from the literature, where I am interested in different dimensions of self-support from different perspectives.
