Onkologické onemocnění představuje zátěž a vliv na psychiku pacienta. Cílem přehledové bakalářské práce bylo sumarizovat aktuální dohledané poznatky o způsobech rozpoznávání a řešení psychických problémů u onkologicky nemocných pacientů všeobecnými sestrami. Nejčastějšími psychickými problémy u onkologických pacientů jsou psychický distres, úzkost, deprese, beznaděj, poruchy nálady a riziko sebevraždy. Z dohledaných informací vyplývá, že všeobecné sestry při rozpoznávání psychických problémů zaměřují svou pozornost na psychické, tělesné a verbální indikátory pacienta. Dále také užívají různé screeningové měřící nástroje pro rozpoznávání psychických problémů, např. Teploměr distresu, Edmontonská škála pro hodnocení příznaků nebo Škála nemocniční úzkosti a deprese. Pro řešení psychických problémů jsou představeny intervence jako vhodný způsob chování zdravotnických pracovníků vůči onkologickému pacientovi, poradenství, intervence řešící riziko sebevraždy, muzikoterapie, intervence psaní a intervence poskytované přes telefon. Validní informace byly dohledány za použití databází ProQuest, PubMed a Cochrane. Tato práce může být využita všeobecnými sestrami pro rozšíření svých vědomostí o psychických problémech onkologických pacientů a také může sloužit jako podklad pro studenty FZV v Olomouci.The cancer is a burden and affects a patient's psyche. The aim of this review bachelor's thesis was to summarize the current knowledge of ways to recognize mental health problems of cancer patients and also possibilities of solving them by general nurses. The most common mental health problems of cancer patients are mental distress, anxiety, depression, hopelessness, mood disorders and the risk of suicide. The obtained information show that general nurses focus their attention on a patient's mental, physical and verbal indicators when diagnozing mental problems. They also use various screening tools to identify mental health problems, such as the Stress Thermometer, The Edmonton Symptom Assessment and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale. Interventions like a suitable way of health care workers' behavior towards the oncology patient, counselling, interventions dealing with the risk of suicide, music therapy, writing interventions and interventions provided by telephone are presented as means of solving mental problems. Valid information was searched using the ProQuest, PubMed and Cochrane databases. This work can be used by general nurses to expand their knowledge about mental problems of cancer patients and can also serve as a basis for students of the Olomouc Faculty of Health Sciences.
