Diplomová práce se zabývá dětským revmatickým onemocněním - juvenilní idiopatickou artritidou. Cílem práce je na základě výsledků šetření v rámci bakalářské práce a na základě studia odborné literatury vytvořit informační brožury pro děti s JIA a jejich rodiče. Dílčím cílem práce je poté ověření účelnosti a srozumitelnosti příruček u dětí s JIA a jejich rodičů. V teoretické části čtenář nalezne obecné informace o revmatických onemocněních, dále kapitolu věnovanou JIA - její etiologii, epidemiologii a patogenezi, druhy JIA, její diagnostiku, léčbu a prognózu. A v neposlední řadě je zde také uvedena kapitola o kvalitě života v kontextu JIA. V empirické části pak autorka práce vytvořila dva druhy příruček. První z nich je věnována dětskému pacientovi s JIA, druhá poté jeho rodičům, popřípadě starším dětem, pro které je dětská příručka z nějakého důvodu nevyhovující. Srozumitelnost a využitelnost brožur pak hodnotili rodiče a děti s JIA, kteří mají s onemocněním žitou zkušenost.Master thesis is concerned with the problem of the rheumatic illness, specifically juvenile idiopathic (rheumatoid) arthritis. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create information brochures for children with JIA and their parents based on the results of the bachelor thesis and on the study of literature. A sub-objective of the thesis is then to test the expediency and comprehensibility of the booklets for children with JIA and their parents. In the theoretical part the reader will find general information about rheumatic diseases, then a chapter devoted to JIA - its etiology, epidemiology and pathogenesis, types, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Last but not least, there is also a chapter on quality of life in the context of JIA. Then, in the empirical part, the author of the thesis has produced two types of handbooks. The first one is dedicated to the paediatric patient with JIA, and the second one is dedicated to his/her parents or older children for whom the children's manual is not suitable for some reason. The clarity and usability of the booklets were then evaluated by parents and children with JIA who have lived experience of the diseases.
