Cílem práce je zmapovat možnosti školních psychologů v oblastech dalšího vzdělání, supervizní a další podpory ze strany kolegů-psychologů a technického zázemí ve škole. Teoretická část pojednává nejprve o historickém vývoji školní psychologie u nás a dále o osobě ŠP a jeho náplni práce. Třetí kapitola je věnována popisu ony odborné podpůrné sítě a kapitola čtvrtá se věnuje zázemí ŠP ve škole. Teoretickou část uzavírají vybrané výzkumné studie problematiky v ČR. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí kvalitativní metodologie. Data byla získávána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Participanti byli vybíráni nepravděpodobnostními metodami. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo celkem 8 žen a 2 muži. Ze zjištěných informací vyplývá, že možností vzdělání je na trhu dostatek, avšak jejich kvalita ne vždy odpovídá očekáváním participantů. Supervize využívá většina participantů bezplatně v PPP. Další síť podpory se ŠP podařilo ve svém okolí vytvořit na výborné úrovni i bez pomoci oficiálních institucí. Kupříkladu členem AŠP je pouze 1 dotázaný. Rovněž své zázemí hodnotí ŠP jako skromnější, avšak dostačující. Nejproblematičtějším je dle slov participantů financování jejich pozice.The aim of this thesis is to map the possibilities of school psychologists in the areas of further education, supervision, and other support from their colleagues-psychologists and technical facilities at school. The theoretical part deals with the historical development of school psychology in our country at first and then with the school psychologist's personality and his job description. The third chapter is devoted to the description of the professional support network, and the fourth chapter is devoted to the school psychologist's technical facilities at school. The theoretical part is concluded by selected research studies of the issue in the Czech Republic. The research was carried out using a qualitative methodology. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview. Participants were selected using non-probability methods. The research sample consisted of 8 women and 2 men. The results point out that there are enough educational possibilities, but their quality does not always meet the expectations of the participants. Supervision is used by most participants free of charge in the Pedagogical-Psychological Counseling Centers. School psychologists managed to create a deeper network of support in its surroundings at an excellent level, even without the help of official institutions. For example, only 1 participant is a member of the Association of School Psychologists. School psychologists also rates its facilities as more modest, but sufficient. According to the participants, the financing of their position is the most problematic topic.
