Tématem diplomové práce je působení bývalých novinářů v pozici tiskových mluvčích. Cílem práce je popsat, jak pracují tito mluvčí v různých oblastech působení, se zaměřením na klíčové kompetence mluvčích, organizaci komunikace a jejich vztah s médii. Práce blíže popíše, jaké jsou neformální vztahy mezi mluvčím a novináři, výhody a nevýhody předchozí profese mluvčího v jeho současném zaměstnání a také stav vzájemné spolupráce mezi mluvčími a novináři. Kvalitativní výzkum je postaven na anonymizovaných polostrukturovaných rozhovorech s tiskovými mluvčími.The topic of the thesis is the work of former journalists as spokespersons. The aim of the thesis is to describe how these spokespeople work in different fields of activity, focusing on the key competences of spokespeople, the organisation of communication and their relationship with the media. The thesis will describe in more detail the informal relations between spokespeople and journalists, the advantages and disadvantages of the previous profession of spokesperson in his/her current job and the state of cooperation between spokespeople and journalists. The qualitative research is based on anonymised semi-structured interviews with spokespersons.
