Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na změny v práci tiskových mluvčích v průběhu deseti let. Cílem práce je popsat, jak se během poslední dekády měnily mediální rutiny práce tiskových mluvčích. V diplomové práci budou blíže představeny klíčové kompetence mluvčích, organizace komunikace s dalšími subjekty jako jsou média a veřejnost. Součástí zkoumaného období bude také zkoumání dopadů nemoci covid-19 na práci tiskových mluvčích. Kvalitativní výzkum je postaven na anonymizovaných polostrukturovaných rozhovorech s tiskovými mluvčími.This thesis focuses on the changes in the work of spokespersons over the course of ten years. The aim of the thesis is to describe the way in which the media routines of press spokespersons have changed over the last decade. In the thesis, the key competences of spokespersons, the organization of communication with other entities such as the media and the public will be further elaborated. The examined time frame will also include an examination of the impact of the covid-19 disease on the work of spokespersons. The qualitative research is based on anonymized semi-structured interviews with spokespersons.
