Bakalářská práce se zabývá rostlinnými hormony, gibereliny. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis jejich vlastností a zejména pak popis znalostí ohledně giberelinových cukerných derivátů. Praktická část se pak zaměřuje na vývoj nových syntetických postupů vhodných pro přípravu C3 cukerných derivátů giberelinů A3 a A4 a zabývá se jejich charakterizací a popisem jejich fyzikálně-chemických vlastností.The bachelor thesis deals with plant hormones, gibberellins. The theoretical part focuses on the description of their properties and special focus is paid to the description of current knowledge about gibberellin sugar derivatives. The practical part then focuses on the development of new synthetic procedures suitable for the preparation of C3 sugar derivatives of gibberellins A3 and A4, deals with their characterization and description of their physico-chemical properties.
