Tato práce poskytuje komplexní přehled dopadů hemofilie na pohybový aparát jedince, možnosti jejich hodnocení a terapie z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Obsah dílčích částí je zaměřen na základní popis onemocnění, jeho klinický obraz a patologicko-anatomické změny, se současným shrnutím hematologické a ortopedické léčby. Podrobně je uvedena role fyzioterapie při vyhodnocování funkčních schopností a stavu kloubů pomocí pro hemofilii specifických nástrojů. Dále je pojednáváno o jejím významu v rámci rekonvalescence po krvácivé epizodě a ve fázi mimo akutní stav. Součástí je rovněž kazuistika pacienta s hemofilickou polyartropatií.This thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the effects of hemophilia on the musculoskeletal system of an individual, possibilities of their evaluation and therapy from the perspective of a physiotherapist. The content of its parts is focused on the basic description of the disease, its clinical picture and pathological-anatomical changes. It is also a summary of hematologic and orthopedic treatment. The role of physiotherapy in evaluating the functional abilities and condition of joints using hemophilia-specific tools is described in detail. It also describes its importance for convalescence after a bleeding episode and in the non-acute phase. A case study of a patient with hemophilic arthropathy is also included.
