Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika suchého oka a jeho současné metody léčby. První kapitola popisuje anatomii a fyziologii očních struktur předního segmentu oka, které úzce souvisejí se slzným filmem. Další tři kapitoly se zabývají charakteristikou slzného filmu a diagnostikou suchého oka. Stěžejní část práce se věnuje současné léčbě suchého oka, která zahrnuje změnu životního stylu, konzervativní metody jako je oční hygiena, aplikace očních přípravků či terapeutických kontaktních čoček na povrch oka. V rámci této kapitoly jsou dále uvedeny moderní přístrojové metody léčby a v poslední řadě chirurgické řešení suchého oka.The topic of this bachelor thesis is the issue of dry eye and its current methods of treatment. The first part of the thesis describes the anatomy and physiology of the ocular structures of the anterior segment of the eye, which are closely related to the tear film. The next three parts of the thesis deal with the characteristics of the tear film and the diagnosis of the dry eye. The main part of the thesis is devoted to the current treatment of dry eye, which includes lifestyle changes, conservative methods such as eye hygiene, application of eye products or therapeutic contact lenses on the surface of the eye. The other following methods are modern instrumental methods of treatment and, last but not least, surgical solutions of the dry eye are presented.
