Cílem práce je shrnout současné poznatky studií a odborné literatury věnující se použití izokinetického dynamometru ve vztahu ke kolennímu kloubu. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie, kineziologie a biomechanika kolenního kloubu. Další kapitoly se věnují nejčastěji zasaženým strukturám, mechanismu vzniku a rizikovým faktorům spojeným s poraněním měkkého kolene. Část práce týkající se izokinetiky je primárně zaměřena na její praktické využití v souvislosti s testováním extenzorové a flexorové skupiny svalů kolenního kloubu a následně popis parametrů k sestavení cvičebního protokolu s ohledem na výsledky měření a zdravotní stav. Součástí práce je také kazuistika pacientky s daným typem poranění a stanovením rehabilitačního plánu.The goal of this thesis is to summarize available data found in recent studies and literature on the topic of isokinetic dynamometer and its relationship to the knee joint. The theoretical part of this study describes anatomy, kinesiology a biomechanics of the knee joint. Furthemore, we discuss the most often injured structures, mechanisms of these injuries and risk factors influencing the trauma of the soft tissues of the knee. As far as isokinetics is concerned, we mainly focus on its practical use in terms of testing the flexors and extensors of the knee as well as offering a description of parameters in the therapy protocol, while taking into account patient's results and health condition. At the end you can find a case study of a patient with a condition for whom we created a therapy plan.
