Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tréninkové kompenzace v oblasti fotbalu v České republice. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na náklady spojené s výchovou a tréninkovou kompenzací ve fotbalovém klubu SK Slavia Praha - fotbal a.s.. Cílem práce je porovnat výši tréninkové kompenzace na vnitrostátní a mezinárodní úrovni. Jako hlavní metoda byl využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který byl veden s jedním z členů představenstva klubu. Dalšími využitými metodami byl sběr dat, které byly získány prostřednictvím FIFA Transfer Matching System a Elektronického informačního systému FAČR. Na základě provedených výpočtů bylo zjištěno, že tréninková kompenzace vnitrostátního charakteru nepokryje náklady na výchovu hráče poskytnutou klubem SK Slavia Praha, zatímco mezinárodní tréninkové kompenzace pokryjí náklady na výchovu hráče v plné výši. Výpočty vnitrostátní a mezinárodní tréninkové kompenzace poukazují na nevyváženost finančních odměn, které klubům za výchovu hráče náleží.This master's thesis addresses the issue of training compensation in the field of football in the Czech Republic. Specifically, it focuses on the costs associated with player development and training compensation in the football club SK Slavia Prague - fotbal a.s. The aim of the thesis is to compare the level of training compensation at the domestic and international levels. The main method used is a semi-structured interview conducted with a member of the club's management. Additional methods employed include data collection through the FIFA Transfer Matching System and the Electronic Information System of the Football Association of the Czech Republic. Based on the calculations performed, it was found that domestic training compensation does not cover the costs of player development provided by SK Slavia Prague, while international training compensation fully covers these expenses. The calculations of domestic and international training compensation highlight the imbalance in financial rewards that clubs are entitled to for their contribution to player development.
