Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ukládání radioaktivního odpadu v České republice a Finské republice. Práce pojednává o systému dvou zemí, uspořádání státní správy, jejich právní úpravě a postupem plánování hlubinného úložiště. Obsahuje základní informace o energetické politice dvou zemí a význam jaderné energie v energetických mixech, ale také přehled participace obcí a veřejnosti v obou zemích ve fázích plánování a budování hlubinného úložiště s ohledem na mezinárodní závazky.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of radioactive waste disposal in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Finland. The thesis deals with the system of the two countries, the structure of the state administration, their legislation and the procedure for planning a deep repository. It provides background information on the energy policy of the two countries and the importance of nuclear energy in the energy mix, as well as an overview of the participation of municipalities and the public in both countries in the planning and construction phases of a deep repository with regard to international obligations.
