Úvod: Diplomová práva sa zaoberá vzťahom vybraných somatických parametrov rodičky - telesná výška, telesná hmotnosť a BMI ženy pred tehotenstvom, váhový prírastok počas tehotenstva ovplyvňujú pôrodnú hmotnosť a dĺžku novorodencov a priebeh pôrodu a mieru ich vplyvu plodu na somatické zmeny v organizme ženy. Cieľ: Analýza dát, ktoré by mohli prispieť k už zisteným informáciám, u nás i v zahraničí publikovaných výsledkov, ktoré potvrdzujú vplyv vybraných somatických parametrov ženy na pôrodnú hmotnosť a pôrodnú dĺžku novorodenca a mieru vplyvu plodu na somatické zmeny v organizme ženy, hlavne na panvové rozmery. Metodika: V predloženom výskumnom šetrení bola zvolená metóda zberu dát antropometrické meranie žien a novorodencov pred a po pôrode, doplnená dátami z dokumentácie. Výskumnú vzorku tvorilo 218 žien a novorodencov, ktoré boli vybraté metódou náhodného výberu.. K dokázaniu vzájomných vzťahov medzi premennými bola zvolená kvantitatívna výskumný stratégia. Výsledky: Potvrdili sme vplyv telesnej výšky ženy a váhového prírastku na hmotnosť novorodenca a vplyv telesnej hmotnosti a telesnej výšky ženy a jej váhového prírastku počas tehotenstva na pôrodnú dĺžku novorodenca. Namerané hodnoty pôrodnej dĺžky, pôrodnej hmotnosti a obvodu hlavy novorodenca s a zhodnú s 6.CAV len v pôrodnej hmotnosti chlapcov a pôrodnej dĺžke dievčat. Pôrodná dĺžka, pôrodná hmotnosť, obvod hlavy, obvod hrudníka chlapcov a dievčat sú rozdielne. Z výsledkov výskumného šetrenia je zrejmé, že telesná hmotnosť, telesná výška a váhový prírastok počas tehotenstva sú premenné, ktorých vplyv sa významne uplatňuje na pôrodnej dĺžke a pôrodnej hmotnosti novorodenca. Výsledky výskumného šetrenia môžu poslúžiť ako podklad a inšpirácia pre ďalšie výskumné šetrenia.Introduction: This diploma thesis deals with the relationship between the mother ' s choice of somatic parameters - height, body weight and BMI of the woman before pregnancy, the weight gain during pregnancy affect the birth weight and the length of the newborn, and the course of the birth and the extent to which the fetus affects the somatic changes in the woman ' s body. Aim: Analysis of data that could contribute to the information already identified, in both us and abroad, the published results confirming the impact of selected somatic parameters of a woman on the birth weight and the birth length of the newborn and the measure of the impact of the fetus on the somatic changes in the female body, in particular on pelvic dimensions. Methodology: In the proposed research study, the method of data collection was the anthropometric measurement of women and newborns before and after childbirth, supplemented by data from documentation. The research sample consisted of 218 women and newborns selected by random selection. A quantitative research strategy has been selected to demonstrate the interaction between the variables. Results: We have confirmed the effect of the woman ' s height and weight gain on the newborn ' s weight and the effect of the woman ' s weight and height and her weight gain during pregnancy on the newborn ' s birth lenght. The measured values of the birth length, birth weight and head circumference of the newborn with and consistent with 6.CAV only in the birth weight of the boys and the birth length of the girls. The birth length, birth weight, head circumference, chest circumference of boys and girls are different. The pelvic dimensions of the female - the distance bispinalis, the distance bicristalis, the distance bitrochanterica, the conjugate exterior is unchanged before and after the birth. Conclusion: The work confirmed the effect of selected somatic parameters of the woman on the birth weight and the birth length of the newborn. It is evident from the results of the research that body weight, height and BMI at the beginning of pregnancy are variables whose influence is significantly applied to the birth length and birth weight of the newborn. The results of the research investigation may serve as a basis and inspiration for further research investigations.
