Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium výskytu padlí na zástupcích čeledi Rosaceae. První část diplomové práce je věnována literární rešerši, která obsahuje charakteristiku čeledi Rosaceae a charakteristiku jednotlivých druhů na kterých bylo nalezeno padlí. Dále tato teoretická část zahrnuje charakteristiku řádu Erysiphales. Experimentální část práce obsahuje popis metodiky a výsledky práce. Bylo analyzováno 22 vzorků na 20 rostlinných druzích z čeledi růžovitých a bylo identifikováno 21 druhů padlí. Nejčastěji se vyskytovali zástupci rodu Podosphaera (Podosphaera aphanis var. aphanis, Podosphaera pannosa a další). Poslední části jsou věnovány diskusi a shrnutí této práce, tedy závěru.The submitted diploma thesis is focused on a study of the occurrence of powdery mildews on representatives of the Rosaceae family. The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on a literature review, which contains the characteristics of the family Rosaceae and the characteristics of individual species on which powdery mildew was found. Furthermore, this theoretical part includes the characteristics of the order Erysiphales. The experimental part of the work contains a description of the methodology and the results of the work. 22 samples from 20 plant species of the Rosaceae family were analyzed and 21 powdery mildew species were identified. Representatives of the genus Podosphaera (Podosphaera aphanis var. aphanis, Podosphaera pannosa and others) were the most common. The last parts are the discussion and summary of this work, the conclusion.
