Severní Korea je v současnosti stále více diskutovaným tématem. Ať už je to v rámci vztahů Severní Koreje a Spojených států amerických, nebo v rámci postavení Čínské lidové republiky vůči KLDR. Bakalářská práce se zabývá interpretací Severní Koreje elektronickými periodiky China Daily a People´s Daily. Cílem práce je ověřit hypotézu, že se vyobrazení tématu Severní Koreje týká výhradně jaderného programu a severokorejského vůdce Kim Čong-una. V praktické části práce budu analyzovat a následně interpretovat, jakým způsobem a jak často čínská elektronická periodika hovoří o Severní Koreji. Kromě toho budu v rámci analýzy zjišťovat, jak se v čínských novinách odráží vztahy mezi Čínou a Severní Koreou a do jaké míry jsou v kontextu Severní Koreje čínská periodika ovlivněna propagandou.The focus of the thesis is to answer the hypothesis that the portrayal of North Korea in periodicals China Daily and People´s Daily is primarily related to the nuclear program and the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, I will mention the develepment of the Sino-North Korean relations and how the international relations reflect in the media. In the second part of the thesis I will briefly mention the development of the chinese journalism, propaganda and censorship in the newspapers. Finally, in the practical part, I will analyze and then interpret how often China Daily and People´s Daily periodicals refer to North Korea. In addition, I will observe in what way these two chinese newspapers reflect China-North Korea relations in general and to what extent they are influenced by propaganda in the context of North Korea.
