Diplomová práce je věnována integraci trauma senzitivní jógy (TCTSY) jako terapeutické intervence do psychologické praxe. Cílem výzkumu bylo prozkoumat a popsat, jak psychologové integrují TCTSY do své terapeutické práce s klienty. Předem bylo stanoveno šest výzkumných otázek: Jak vypadají způsoby integrace trauma senzitivní jógy do terapeutické činnosti, kterou psychologové poskytují svým klientům? U kterých klientů indikují psychologové trauma senzitivní jógu do terapie? Jaké komponenty trauma senzitivní jógy se psychologům nejvíce osvědčily? Jaká je motivace psychologů integrovat trauma senzitivní jógu do své terapeutické práce s klienty? Jaké jsou dle psychologů přínosy integrace trauma senzitivní jógy do terapeutické činnosti s klienty? Jaké jsou dle psychologů limity integrace trauma senzitivní jógy do terapeutické činnosti s klienty? Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky o definici, diagnostice a typech psychického traumatu s důrazem na komplexní trauma. Dále je zde uvedena neurobiologie a léčba traumatu a rovněž příklady dosavadních výzkumů v dané problematice. Výzkum byl proveden kvalitativním designem pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem osm respondentů. Shromážděná data byla analyzována pomocí tématické analýzy.The master thesis is dedicated to integration of Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) as a therapeutical intervention into psychological practice. The survey aimed to explore and describe of how psychologists integrate TCTSY into their therapeutical work with clients. Six research questions were defined in advance: What are the ways of integrating TCTSY into the therapeutical work? What type of clients do psychologists indicate TCTSY as part of therapy with? What kind of TCTSY components are considered the most useful in psychological practice? What motivates psychologists to integrate TCTSY into their therapeutic work with clients? What are the benefits of the TCTSY integration into the therapeutical work? What are the limitations to integrating TCTSY into the therapeutical work? The theoretical part includes knowledge about definition, diagnosing, and types of psychological trauma with the accent on complex trauma; furthermore, neurobiology and treatment of trauma, and also examples of previous research associated with the topic. The survey was conducted by qualitative design by using semi-structure interview. Eight participants took a part in the survey. The collected data were analyzed by the Thematic analysis.
