Diplomová práce se zabývá a zkoumá problematikou motivace, stimulace a organizace práce, a to jak jednotlivců, tak i v kolektivu. V teoretické části jsem se věnovala obecným poznatkům v oblasti komunikace, rozdílu manažer versus lídr. Další oblasti zahrnovaly definice týmů, motivátory a jiné. V praktické části práce jsem zjišťovala otázky týkající se celkové spokojenosti a dostupných benefitů na daném pracovišti, dále zdali jsou zaměstnanci spokojení s možností rozšířit si své vědomostí a v neposlední řadě otázky týkající se dostatečné informovanosti od vedoucích pracovníků.The diploma thesis deals and examines the issue of motivation, stimulation and organization of work not only individuals but also in a team. In the theoretical part, I focused on general knowledge in the field of communication, especially the difference between a manager and a leader. The next factors were team definitions, motivators and the others. In the practical part of the work, I investigated issues that regard overall satisfaction and available benefits at the given workplace, next whether employees are satisfied with a possibility of expanding their knowledge and finally whether employees are sufficiently informed by managers.
