Tato práce se zabývá zabývá problematikou diagnostiky ADHD u dospělé populace v České republice, a to jak z hlediska pohledu a diagnostickému přístupu odborníků, tak z hlediska pacientského úhlu pohledu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jak se lidé s ADHD dostávají k její diagnostice v dospělém věku a jak samotná diagnostika v dospělosti probíhá v České republice s ohledem na dobu trvání než pacient získá diagnozu, obsah klinického rozhovoru, použité metody, uvažování o komorbiditách, diferenciální diagnostiku a sdělování závěrů diagnostiky pacientovi/klientovi. Na toto téma je pohlíženo jak očima pacientů, tak očima odborníků, kteří se na diagnostiku ADHD v České republice specializují. V závěru pak zhodnocuji, jestli zjištěné poznatky o diagnostice ADHD v dospělosti odpovídají doporučeným postupům dle zahraniční literatury a v čem se český metodologický přístup liší od toho zahraničního.This thesis focuses on the issue of ADHD diagnosis in the adult population in the Czech Republic, both from the point of view of the experts and their diagnostic approach, and from the patient's point of view. The aim of the study was to investigate how people with ADHD get to its diagnosis in adulthood and how the diagnosis itself in adulthood takes place in the Czech Republic with regard to the duration before the patient receives the diagnosis, the content of the clinical interview, the methods used, the consideration of comorbidities, differential diagnosis and the communication of the diagnostic findings to the patient/client. This topic is viewed both through the eyes of patients and through the eyes of professionals who specialize in diagnosing ADHD in the Czech Republic. In conclusion, I evaluate whether the findings on the diagnosis of ADHD in adulthood correspond to the recommended procedures according to the foreign literature and how the Czech methodological approach differs from the foreign one.
