Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na léčbu věkem podmíněné makulární degenerace. Úvod práce se věnuje anatomii sítnice a charakteristice věkem podmíněné makulární degenerace. Práce objasňuje její formy, projevy, faktory ovlivňující její vznik, diagnostiku a současné možnosti léčby. Hlavní část práce popisuje nově schválené zahraniční techniky Vabysmo a Susvimo a vybrané vznikající terapie, které jsou v současné době ve stádiu klinických studií, a to konkrétně genové terapie RGX-314 a GT005, léčivý přípravek Zimura a Systém Prima.The bachelor thesis is focused on the treatment of age-related macular degeneration. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to anatomy of the retina and the characteristics of age-related macular degeneration. The thesis clarifies its forms, manifestations and factors affecting its origin, diagnostics and current treatment options. The main part of the thesis describes newly approved foreign techniques Vabysmo and Susvimo and selected emerging therapies that are currently in clinical trials, namely gene therapy RGX-314 and GT005, drug product Zimura and Prima System.
