Bakalářská práce s názvem "Dobrovolnictví v L'Arche Benediktus pohledem pracovníků" je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem vnímají pracovníci L'Arche Benediktus zapojení dobrovolníků při práci s klienty. Teoretická část se v první kapitole věnuje základnímu vymezení mentálního postižení a postavení těchto osob ve společnosti. V dalších dvou kapitolách se zaměřuje na téma sociální práce s lidmi s mentálním postižením a komunity L'Arche, specificky L'Arche Benediktus. Poslední kapitola se věnuje dobrovolnictví, pojmenovává role a osobnosti dobrovolníků a jejich rozdílné motivace. Dále se zaměřuje na jeho legislativní ukotvení a management dobrovolnictví. Na závěr teoretické části jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumů kvalifikačních prací, které se věnovaly obdobnému tématu. Empirická část práce se v první kapitole věnuje metodologii, kdy byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum s pěti respondenty. Data byla získávána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. V další části jsou data analyzována a interpretována pomocí otevřeného a axiálního kódování. Poslední částí práce je diskuze a závěr, ve které jsou představeny stěžejní výsledky výzkumu.The bachelor thesis "Volunteering in L'Arche Benediktus from the perspective of employees" is divided into theoretical and investigative part. The aim of this thesis is to find out how the employees of L'Arche Benediktus perceive involvement of the volunteers in work with clients. The theoretical part is in its first chapter focusing on the basics of delimitation of intellectual disability and social status of people with intellectual disability. In the next two chapters the focus is on social work with these people and community of L'Arche Benediktus. The last chapter is devoted to volunteering, naming of the roles and characters of the volunteers, and their diverse motivations. Furthermore, the thesis concentrates on a management of volunteering and its legislative embedding. At the end of the theoretical part are stated results of other thesis, which were dedicated to the similar topics. First chapter of empirical part is examining the methodology of qualitative research with five of the respondents. The data were obtained with a help of semi-structured conversations. Following part is analyzing these data and interprets them with open and axial coding. The last section of the thesis holds a discussion and conclusion, containing the final and fundamental results of the research.
