Práce se zabývá tématem sebevraždy ve vztahu k počátku pandemie covid-19 v České republice v roce 2020. Hlavním cílem práce je základě vymezených sociálních a sociodemografických faktorů hodnotí rozdíly mezi regiony v pětiletém období 2016-2020 a determinuje které faktory se výrazně podílely na vývoji míry sebevražednosti v roce 2020. Hypotézy vycházející z teoretické části práce jsou zhodnoceny a jsou zjištěny síly závislostí jednotlivých faktorů s mírou sebevražednosti. Analýza probíhá na úrovni krajů i okresů. Výsledky jsou srovnány s tezemi a jsou vymezeny rizikové faktory, které determinují vývoj sebevražednosti během počátku pandemické krize.The thesis deals with the topic of suicide in relation to the COVID-19 outbreak in the Czech Republic during 2020. Its main objective is to analyse regional differences firstly in five-year period 2016-2020 and secondly to determine factors (especially social and socio-demographic) affecting suicide rates during the outbreak in 2020. The hypotheses based on the theoretical part of the thesis are evaluated and dependencies of the factors are analysed in the relation to the year 2020. The analysis is done at the regional and at the district level. The results are compared with the theses and risk factors are defined, which determine development of suicide rates during the pandemic crisis.
