Bakalářská práce se zabývá trendy vývoje kulturního importu na příkladu pokrmu Kung-pao. V práci plánuji prozkoumat migraci Číňanů do USA a Evropy a počátky prvních čínských restaurací v daných destinacích, jelikož styk kultur Číny a Evropy není příliš zdokumentovaný. Zároveň ale zmíním důvody migrace čínských obyvatel a důvody pro ne-autenticitu čínských pokrmů v zahraničí. V praktické části práce se budu zabývat analýzou video-receptů z jednotlivých destinací na základě surovin, postupu a charakteru vařícího, čímž budeme schopni určit trendy v současném způsobu přípravy Kung-paa a definovat prototyp v přípravě pro danou zemi. Má práce se dělí na část mapující migraci Číňanů, na část mapující počátek čínských restaurací v zahraničí a poté na digitální výzkum pokrmu Kung-pao ve třech zkoumaných zemích (Čína, USA, ČR). Mým cílem je nalézt prototyp digitálního Kung-paa, srovnat digitální prototypy každé zkoumané země a ty poté také srovnat s autentickým Kung-paem.The bachelor's thesis deals with the trends of cultural import on the example of Kung-pao. In my thesis I plan to explore the migration of Chinese to the US and Europe and the origins of the first Chinese restaurants in the destinations, as the contact between the cultures of China and Europe is not well documented. However, I will also mention the reasons for the migration of the Chinese population and the reasons for the inauthenticity of Chinese food abroad. In the practical part of the thesis, I will analyse video-recipes from each destination based on the ingredients, the process and the nature of the cooking, thus being able to identify trends in the current way of preparing Kung-pao and define a prototype in preparation for the country. My thesis is divided into a section mapping the migration of Chinese people, a section mapping the beginning of Chinese restaurants abroad, and then digital research on Kung-pao dishes in the three countries studied (China, US, Czech Republic). My goal is to find a prototype of digital Kung-pao, compare the digital prototypes of each country studied, and then also compare these to authentic Kung-pao.
