Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na případové konference při práci s ohroženými dětmi a jejich rodinami. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Cílem práce je popsat pořádání a průběh případové konference. Také zjistit a následně popsat, jak sociální pracovníci hodnotí metodu případové konference při práci s ohroženými dětmi a rodinami. Teoretická část je rozdělena na 4 kapitoly, které se v začátku věnují pojmům jako je sanace rodiny, ohrožené dítě a jeho potřeby a teoriemi a metodami užívané při práci s rodinou. Následuje definování metody, její typy, příprava či role účastníků. Zmiňuje se o přínosech a rizicích. V empirické části je popsaná metodologie výzkumu. Zvolila jsem kvalitativní výzkum. Nachází se zde analýza a interpretace dat, poslední kapitolou je diskuze, která představuje výsledky výzkumu.The bachelor thesis is focused on case conferences when working with vulnerable children and their families. It is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The aim of the thesis is to describe the organization and course of the case conference. Also find out and then describe how social workers evaluate the case conference method when working with vulnerable children and families. The theoretical part is divided into 4 chapters, which at the beginning are devoted to concepts such as family rehabilitation, the child at risk and his needs, and theories and methods used in working with the family. This is followed by a definition of the method, its types, preparation and the role of the participants. It mentions the benefits and risks. The research methodology is described in the empirical part. I chose qualitative research. Here is the analysis and interpretation of the data, the last chapter is a discussion that presents the results of the research.
