Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou politických stran a hnutí na území České republiky se zmínkou o historické právní úpravě a jejím vývojem v průběhu 19. a 20. století. V práci jsou detailněji rozebrány způsoby vzniku politické strany či hnutí, důvody nahrazující registraci, její zánik, zrušení a rozpuštění. Z hlediska kompetence soudů v je práce zaměřena zejména na Nejvyšší správní soud ČR, Ústavní soud ČR a okrajově na Městský soud v Praze. Dále práce rozebírá rozhodovací činnost a konkrétní rozhodnutí v této oblasti. Na závěr práce jsou zmíněny také rozhodnutí ze zahraničí, konkrétně ze Slovenska a Turecka. Je zapracováno také rozhodování Evropského soudu pro lidská práva.The diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation of political parties and movements in the Czech Republic with a mention of the historical legal regulation and its development during the 19th and 20th centuries. The diploma thesis discusses in more detail the ways in which a political party or movement was formed, the reasons for replacing registration, its termination, cancellation and dissolution. In terms of the competence of the courts, the diploma thesis is focused mainly on the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic, the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and marginally on the Municipal Court in Prague. Furthermore, the diploma thesis analyzes the decision-making activity and specific decisions in this area. At the end of the diploma thesis are also mentioned decisions from abroad, specifically from Slovakia and Turkey. The ruling of the European Court of Human Rights is also incorporated.
