Diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací logopedů, klinických logopedů a psychologů, klinických psychologů při diagnostice a terapii specifických typů narušení komunikační schopnosti. Je složena ze dvou částí, konkrétně z teoretické části a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje definici pojmů narušená komunikační schopnost a řečová komunikace, diagnostikou, terapii a definuje tři určité typy narušené komunikační schopnosti (koktavost, mutismus, vývojovou dysfázii). Praktická část je koncipována jako výzkum kvantitativního charakteru, kdy hlavní výzkumná metoda bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření, administrována logopedům, klinickým logopedům, psychologům a klinickým psychologům. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění aktuální reálná spolupráce logopeda, popřípadě klinického logopeda, a psychologa, popřípadě klinického psychologa, při diagnostice a terapii narušené komunikační schopnosti v aktuálních podmínkách v České republice, a zároveň na stanovenou problematiku získat názor od odborníků z praxe.The thesis deals with cooperation of speech therapists, clinical speech therapists and psychologists, clinical psychologists in the diagnosis and therapy of specific types of communication impairment. It is composed of two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part contains a definition of terms impaired communication ability and speech communication, diagnostics, therapy, and defines three types of impaired communication skills (stuttering, mutism, developmental dysphasia). The practical part is conceived as research of a quantitative nature, where the main research method was chosen by a questionnaire investigation, administered by speech therapists, clinical speech therapists, psychologists and clinical psychologists. The main aim of this thesis is to find out the current real collaboration of a speech therapist, or clinical speech therapist, and a psychologist, or clinical psychologist, in the diagnosis and therapy of impaired communication skills in current conditions in the Czech Republic, while at the same time getting an opinion on the established issue from experts.
