Diplomová práce se zabývá snímkováním celých páteří u pacientů se skoliózou. Cílená je na metodu stitchingu. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii páteře, skoliózu, skiagrafické možnosti zobrazení celé páteře a možnosti, jak ovlivnit dávku pacienta. Výzkumná část porovnává standardní a nízkodávkový protokol, které jsou používané ve Fakultní nemocnici Hradec Králové z hlediska radiační zátěže pacienta a kvality zobrazení.The master degree thesis deals with whole spine radiography in patients with scoliosis. The theoretical part describes spine anatomy, scoliosis, whole spine radiography of and methods,how to reduce radiation exposure. The Research part compares two protocols - standard protocol and low dose protocol, which are used in Uneversity Hospital Hradec Králové. The protocols are compared in terms of the radiation exposure and the image quality.
