Diplomová práce se zabývá současnou problematikou pandemie COVID-19, je zaměřena na diagnostické metody s důrazem na výpočetní tomografii. Cílem práce je ověření a shrnutí dosavadních poznatků. Cílem výzkumné části je deskripce patologických nálezů na HRCT plic u pacientů s onemocněním COVID-19 v Kroměřížské nemocnici a.s., další částí je korelace diagnostické techniky CT s laboratorními metodami, které byly využívány ve výzkumném období. Výsledkem deskriptivní části jsou relativní četnosti patologických vzorů na HRCT plic typických nebo atypických pro COVID-19. Hlavním shodným prvkem pro onemocnění byly opacity typu mléčného skla. Senzitivity metod byly následující: CT 95,8 %, PCR 86,2 %, antigenní testy 56,6 %. Při porovnání metod bylo zjištěno, že nekorelují.The diploma thesis deals with the current problem of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is focused on diagnostic methods with an emphasis on computed tomography. The aim is to verify and summarize the existing knowledge. The goal of the research part is a description of pathological findings on HRCT of the lungs in patients with COVID-19 disease in the district hospital Kroměřížská nemocnice a.s. The descriptive part results in the relative frequencies of pathological patterns on HRCT of the lungs typical or atypical of COVID-19. The main identifying element for the disease was the opacity of the milk glass type. The sensitivities of the methods were as follows: CT 95.8%, PCR 86.2%, antigen tests 56.6%. When comparing the methods, they were found not to correlate.
