Diplomová práce je zaměřena na aktuální stav nabídky a poptávky volnočasových aktivit v Olomouckém kraji. Teoretická část zahrnuje vymezení volného času, definuje pedagogiku volného času a její stěžejní témata. Dále popisuje volnočasové činnosti a neziskový sektor v oblasti volného času, dělení neziskových organizací, vymezení spolků v Olomouckém kraji, marketing a propagaci neziskových organizací. Praktická část navazuje na východiska z teoretické části práce a je realizována skrze kvantitativní obsahovou analýzu a dotazníkové šetření. Výzkum je zaměřen na vybrané spolky Olomouckého kraje a jejich nabízené aktivity. Jeho cílem je zanalyzovat aktuální stav nabídky a poptávky vybraných volnočasových zařízení v Olomouckém kraji.The diploma thesis is focused on the current state of supply and demand for leisure activities in the Olomouc region. The theoretical part includes the definition of leisure time, defines the pedagogy of leisure time and its complexity. It also describes leisure activities, the non-profit sector in the field of leisure time, the division of non-profit organizations, the description of associations in the Olomouc region, as well as marketing and promotion of non-profit organizations. The practical part builds on the starting points of the theoretical part of the work and is implemented through a quantitative content analysis and a questionnaire survey. The research is focused on selected associations of the Olomouc region and their offered activities. Its aim is to analyze the current state of supply and demand of selected leisure facilities in the Olomouc region.
