Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit souvislost mezi velikostí síly stisku ruky preferované horní končetiny a změnou standardizované testovací polohy. Práce dále komparovala velikost síly stisku ruky preferované horní končetiny s její obratností. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky k vývoji a funkci ruky, včetně typů a dělení jednotlivých úchopů. Teoretická část dále shrnuje možnosti testování funkce ruky a poznatky o dynamometrii. V experimentální části práce byla měřena velikost síly stisku ruky preferované horní končetiny pomocí ručního dynamometru Jamar, a to ve standardizované poloze a v modifikovaných polohách. Ke komparaci velikosti síly stisku ruky preferované horní končetiny s její obratností byly využity naměřené hodnoty velikosti síly stisku ruky ve standardizované poloze a výsledky Nine Hole Peg Testu, jímž se hodnotila obratnost.The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the relation between the hand grip strength magnitude of the dominant upper limb and the change of the standard test position. This study further compared the hand grip strength magnitude of the dominant upper limb with its dexterity. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge about the human hand development and function, including the types and division of individual grips. Furthermore, it summarizes the possibilities of the hand function test and the knowledge of dynamometry. In the experimental part of the thesis, the hand grip strength magnitude of the dominant upper limb was measured by using the Jamar Hand Dynamometer, in a standard position and modified positions. The measured values of the hand grip strength magnitude in a standard position and the Nine Hole Peg Test results, which assessed dexterity, were used to compare the hand grip strength magnitude of the dominant upper limb with its dexterity.
