Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na užívání odměn a trestů v dětském domově z pohledu vychovatele. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou dětského domova, dále poukazuje na výchovu dětí v dětském domově a jejich osobnost. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na odměny a tresty. Třetí kapitola se týká samotných vychovatelů. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována výzkumu, který proběhl prostřednictvím rozhovorů vedených s deseti vychovateli, kteří v dětském domově pracují. Hlavní cíle práce je zjistit osobní názor vychovatelů na užívání odměn a trestů v dětském domově.The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of rewards and punishments in a children's home from the perspective of the educator. This thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of the children's home, then it highlights the upbringing of children in the children's home and their personality. The second chapter focuses on rewards and punishments. The third chapter concerns the educators themselves. The fourth chapter is devoted to the research conducted through interviews conducted with ten educators who work in the children's home. The main objectives of the thesis are to find out the personal opinion of the educators on the use of rewards and punishments in the children's home.
