Diplomová práce se věnuje tvorbě norem pro screeningový test kognitivních funkcí, který je určen pro osoby s Parkinsonovou nemocí a nese název Parkinson Neuropsychometric Dementia Assessment (PANDA). Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na 3 kapitoly, které jsou zaměřeny na demenci, Parkinsonovu nemoc a neuropsychologické baterie a testy, které jsou využitelné při detekci kognitivních poruch u Parkinsonovy nemoci. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou prezentovány a zpracovány data experimentální verze testu PANDA, která byla získána u výzkumného vzorku 128 probandů, ve věku 31- 83 let, díky kterým byla stanovena hranice úspěšnosti v testu PANDA pro věkovou skupinu 31-83 let.The diploma thesis deals with the creation of standards for the cognitive function screening test, which is intended for people with Parkinson's disease and is called Parkinson Neuropsychometric Dementia Assessment (PANDA). The theoretical part of the work is divided into chapters, which are focused on dementia, Parkinson's disease, and neuropsychological batteries and tests, which are useful in the detection of cognitive disorders in Parkinson's disease. The practical part of the diploma thesis presents and processes the data of the experimental version of the PANDA test, which was obtained from a research sample of 128 probands, aged 31-83 years, thanks to which the success limit in the PANDA test was set for the age group 31-83 years.
