Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fluorescenční značení trans-Zeatinu. V teoretické části jsou popsány cytokininy, jejich historie, struktura, biosyntéza, metabolismus, transport, přenos signálu a také fluorescenčně značené cytokininy. V experimentální části je popsán postup, díky kterému došlo k úspěšnému navázání fluorescenční značky NBD k trans-Zeatinu. Výsledný produkt trans-Zeatin-NBD byl testován pomocí aktivačního receptorového testu AHK4.This bachelor thesis is focused on fluorescent labeling of trans-Zeatin. The theoretical part describes cytokinins, their history, structure, biosynthesis, metabolism, transport, signal transduction and also fluorescently labeled cytokinins. The experimental part describes the procedure by which the fluorescent label of NBD was successfully attached to trans-Zeatin. The resulting trans-Zeatin-NBD was tested for its activity in the AHK4 receptor activation assay.
