Bakalářská práce se zabývá fázemi postupné akceptace zdravotního postižení u dětí z pohledu rodinných příslušníků. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé druhy postižení, funkce rodiny, komplexní služby, faktor kvality života, a především fáze přijímání zdravotního postižení a proces sdělování nepříznivých zpráv. Na základě analýzy rozhovorů s rodiči dětí s postižením, byla stanovena doporučení pro rodinné příslušníky a osoby sdělující dané diagnózy. Pro rodiny byla stanovena doporučení ohledně vyrovnávání se se zdravotním postižením a pro osoby sdělující byla stanovena doporučení ohledně sdělování nepříznivých zpráv.This bachelor's thesis deals with the phases of gradual acceptance of children's disability from the point of view of the family members. The topics covered in the thesis are the particular kinds of disability, the role of the family, complex services, the life quality factor, and especially the acceptance phase and the process of delivering the unpleasant news. Based on the interview analysis with parents of children with special needs , recommendations were set up. These recommendations serve as a tool for family members as well as for those delivering the individual diagnosis. For the family members, the recommendations were regarding dealing with the disability itself. For those delivering the news, the recommendations were regarding the way of telling the unwelcome news.
