Diplomová práce popisuje klasifikaci a časovou analýzu provozu osobní a nákladní železniční dopravy na regionálních a celostátních tratích Olomouckého a Moravskoslezského kraje. Využita byla data provozu na železnici za období 2016-2021, obsahující měsíční agregace údajů o vlakové dopravě v České republice. Tato data nejsou veřejně dostupná a jejich poskytovatelem je státní organizace Správa železnic. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny metody zpracování práce i odborné studie, ve kterých již byla tato specifická data analyzována. Dále je zde uvedena kategorizace železniční infrastruktury České republiky, údaje o dopravě z Českého statistického úřadu a úvod do problematiky časových řad a shlukování. V praktické části byl na úvod popsán postup selekce dat pouze pro požadované území, a možnosti očištění dat od kalendářních vlivů. Vyhotoveny byly mapové vizualizace struktury dopravy v letech 2016 a 2021. Navrženy byly metody identifikace výkyvů v provozu a provedena časová analýza spočívající v tvorbě časových řad s jejich následnou dekompozicí. Klasifikace tratí byla realizována několika metodami shlukování. Jejich výsledky byly interpretovány a vizualizovány na mapových výstupech. Práce obsahuje také diagramy a tabulky se statistickými údaji.The thesis describes the classification and time analysis of passenger and cargo train traffic on regional and national lines of the Olomouc and Moravian-Silesian regions. Railway traffic data for the period 2016-2021, containing monthly aggregations of train traffic data in the Czech Republic, were used. This data is not publicly available and is provided by the state organisation Railway Administration. In the theoretical part, the methods of work processing and expert studies in which these specific data have already been analysed are presented. Furthermore, the categorisation of the railway infrastructure of the Czech Republic, the traffic data from the Czech Statistical Office and an introduction to the issues of time series and clustering are presented. In the practical part, the procedure of selecting data only for the required area and the possibilities of data adjustment from calendar effects were described. Map visualizations of the traffic structure in 2016 and 2021 were produced. Methods for identifying fluctuations in traffic were proposed and a time series analysis was performed consisting in the generation of time series with their subsequent decomposition. Classification of the lines was carried out using several clustering methods. Their results were interpreted and visualized on map outputs. The work also contains diagrams and tables with statistical data.
