Cílem práce je ověřit možnosti využití technologie ArcGIS CityEngine v oblasti bezpečnostního plánování ve spojení s působením české ambasády v Mali. Pro danou oblast byla sesbírána potřebná data a vytvořen v prostředí ArcGIS CityEngine 3D model ambasády a jejího okolí. Konkrétně se jedná o okres ACI 2000 nacházející se v hlavním městě Bamako. Po provedené rešerši jsou uvedeny důležité momenty historie Mali a to především hrozby a válečné konflikty. Dále je v rešerši provedena sumarizace klíčových pojmů krizového managementu a bezpečnostního plánování, spolu s uvedenými typy krizových situací. Díky tomu byla zpracována případová studie analýzy viditelnosti využitelná pro potřeby bezpečnostního plánování a popsány možnosti tvorby scénářů pomocí programu ArcGIS CityEngine. Součástí práce byl kromě vytvořeného 3D modelu a případových studií také manuál pro práci v programu ArcGIS CityEngine. Mimo hlavní body diplomové práce, vznikl poster velikosti A2 a webové stránky.The aim of the work is to verify the possibilities of using ArcGIS CityEngine technology in the field of security planning in connection with the activities of the Czech Embassy in Mali. The necessary data was collected for the given area and a 3D model of the embassy and its surroundings was created in the ArcGIS CityEngine environment. Specifically, it is the ACI 2000 district located in the capital, Bamako. After the research, important moments of Mali's history are listed, especially threats and war conflicts. Furthermore, the research summarizes the key concepts of crisis management and security planning, together with the specified types of crisis situations. Thanks to this, a case study of visibility analysis usable for the needs of security planning was processed and the possibilities of creating scenarios using the ArcGIS CityEngine program were described. In addition to the created 3D model and case studies, the work also included a manual for working in the ArcGIS CityEngine program. Apart from the main points of the thesis, an A2-sized poster and a website were created.
