Diplomová práce je zaměřena na prozkoumání a popis prožívání psychoterapeutů při práci s depresivními klienty včetně případného vlivu vlastní depresivní symptomatiky. Cílem práce je prozkoumání a popis náhledu terapeutů na depresivní problematiku, prožívání terapeutů při práci s depresivním klientem, aspektů práce terapeutů s depresivním klientem a zkušenost terapeutů s depresivní symptomatikou. Teoretická část práce rozebírá témata deprese, terapie deprese, terapeutického vztahu a práci s depresivním klientem. Výzkumný soubor tvoří šest respondentů získaných na základě účelového výběru. Metodou získávání dat bylo polostrukturované interview, metodou analýzy dat byla Interpretativní fenomenologická analýza. Výsledky prezentují jak individuální, tak společnou zkušenost respondentů v rámci vnímání deprese, prožívání při práci, samotné práci a vlastní depresivní zkušenosti. Práce tedy nabízí vhled do specifické problematiky v rámci psychoterapeutické praxe.The thesis is aimed at exploring and describing the experience of psychotherapists when working with depressed clients, including the possible impact of their own depressive symptoms. The aim of the thesis is to explore and describe the view of therapists on depressive issues, the experience of therapists when working with a depressed client, aspects of the work of therapists with a depressed client and the experience of therapists with depressive symptoms. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the topics of depression, depression therapy, therapeutic relationship and working with a depressed client. The research set consists of six respondents obtained on the basis of targeted selection. The method of data acquisition was semi-structured interview, the method of data analysis was interpretative phenomenological analysis. The results present both the individual and collective experience of respondents in terms of perception of depression, experiencing it at work, the work itself and their own depressive experience. Thus, the thesis offers an insight into specific issues within psychotherapeutic practice.
