Magisterská diplomová práce Komentovaný překlad odborného textu z oblasti fyziky je věnována překladu odborného textu o polymerech a sklech a translatologickému komentáři. V první kapitole je charakterizován odborný překlad a jeho problematická místa. Druhou kapitolu představuje samotný překlad. Ve třetí kapitole jsou okomentována vybraná překladatelská řešení, postupy a transformace využívané při překladu. Součástí práce jsou dvě přílohy. První představuje glosář sestavený z termínů a odborných slov užívaných v překládaných materiálech. Druhou přílohou je originální text k překladu. Při tvorbě diplomové práce byly používány odborné slovníky, česká i zahraniční odborná literatura.The master´s thesis The Annotated Translation of a Scientific Text on Physics is focused on the translation of a scientific text about polymers and glass and to a translatological commentary. The aim of the first chapter is the theory of scientific text translation and its problematic aspects. The second chapter presents the translation itself. The third chapter comments on selected translation solutions, procedures, and transformations used in the translation. The thesis includes two attachments. The first is a glossary compiled from terms and technical words used in the translated materials. The second attachment is the original text to be translated. Technical dictionaries, Czech and foreign specialized literature were used in the creation of the thesis.
