Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou dědické nezpůsobilosti, především se zaměřuje na důvody dědické nezpůsobilosti. První kapitola definuje pojem dědická nezpůsobilost a srovnává ji s vyděděním. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na historický vývoj. Třetí kapitola se zabývá současnou právní úpravou důvodů dědické nezpůsobilosti. A poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na prominutí. Cílem práce bylo porovnat současnou právní úpravu s předchozí a upozornit na její výkladové problémy.This diploma thesis deals with a legal regulation of inheritance incapacity, primarily focuses on reasons of inheritance incapacity. The first chapter defines inheritance incapacity and compares it to the disinheritance. The second chapter focuses on the historical development. The third chapter deals with current legislation of reasons of inheritance incapacity. And the last chapter focuses on the remission. The aim of this thesis was to comprare curren legislation with the previous legislation and draw attention to its problems in interpretation.
