Práce je věnována argumentu z analogie a problematice jeho vyhodnocení v argumentační praxi. Text je rozdělen na tři části, které představují tři různé přístupy k evaluaci nejen tohoto typu argumentu. První část je zaměřena na pragmatický přístup Douglase Waltona doplněný o hypotézu psychologického vysvětlení náchylnosti podléhat argumentačním klamům. Druhá část nastiňuje logický přístup k hodnocení argumentu z analogie a diskusi nad otázkou logického charakteru analogického úsudku. V závěrečné části je prostor věnován pragma-dialektice autorů Eemerena a Grootendorsta - rekonstrukci, interpretaci a evaluaci argumentace - a její aplikace na analogické úsudky bez explicitního závěru.This thesis focuses on argument from analogy, particularly its evaluation in context of communication practice. This paper consists of three parts, which represent different approaches to argument evaluation, with special focus on analogical reasoning. First part is dedicated to Douglas Walton's pragmatics approach and his hypothesis of psychological explanation of people's inclinations to be deceived by argumentation fallacies. Second part outlines logical approach to evaluation of argument from analogy and presents discussion about logical nature of analogical reasoning. The final part is devoted to authors Eemeren and Grootendorst and reconstruction, interpretation, and evaluation within pragma-dialectics. This procedure is further applied to argument from analogy without expressed conclusion.
