Bakalářská práce byla psána s cílem zjistit, jaké problémy vnímají, co prožívají a jak hodnotí svoji životní situaci osamělí otcové, teoreticky vymezuje pojmy rodina, rodičovství, socializace a samoživitelství. Teoretická část práce dále rozpracovává subkapitoly výše uvedených sociálních pojmů. V teoretické části pak práce cíleně stupňuje k vymezení oblastí, které ovlivňují fungování rodiny zatížené samoživitelstvím. Teoreticky je vymezená oblast finanční, oblast zaměstnání, vztahů a emocí. Pro výzkumnou část práce je zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumu prováděná formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumná práce se zabývá oblastmi, ve kterých samoživitelé nacházejí nejvíce problémů. Následně v rámci výzkumu práce zjišťuje, co otcové samoživitelé prožívají a jak jim v těchto tíživých životních situacích může být nápomocná nebo naopak komplikující sociální práce. V závěru jsou shrnuty hlavní zjištění této bakalářské práce.Bachelor's thesis with the goal of finding out what problems and feelings single fathers experience and the general evaluation of their situation. It theoretically explains terms such as family, parenting, socialisation and single parenting. The theoretical part of the thesis further explains subchapters of the mentioned terms. The theoretical part of the thesis intentionally escalates into defining the aspects of life which influence single parents. The financial, employment, relationship and emotional aspects are defined theoretically. The research part of the thesis is carried out via qualitative research. The half-structured dialogue is used as the main tool. The research mainly focuses on the problems single fathers deal with and further more investigates what feelings they experience and whether the social work services are helpful or not in their difficult life situations. In the end the main discoveries of the research are concluded.
