Revmatoidní artritida je onemocnění, které může negativně ovlivnit životní úroveň člověka. Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením jemné motoriky u pacientů s tímto onemocněním. Formou rešerše jsou shrnuty aktuální informace o revmatoidní artritidě, jejích projevech, diagnostice a léčbě. Následně jsou popsány různé testové baterie, které jsou vhodné ke zjištění stavu jemné motoriky na horních končetinách. Na závěr je uvedena kazuistika pacienta s vyšetřením, návrhem krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu pro zlepšení kvality života.Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease that can have a negative impact on the sufferer's quality of life. This bachelor's thesis focuses on assessing the fine motor skills of patients suffering from this disease. In the form of research, it summarises current information about rheumatoid arthritis, such as its symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. It subsequently describes various test batteries, which are appropriate for establishing the state of fine motor skills in the upper limbs. The conclusion contains the case history of a patient, with examination and proposal of a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan for improving this patient's quality of life.
