Cílem této práce je popsat situaci alternativních ekonomických systémů na území České republiky, vytvořit definici alternativního ekonomického systému v rámci této bakalářské práce, na základě této definice vybrat několik konkrétních alternativních ekonomických systémů působících na území České republiky a tyto detailněji popsat a analyzovat. Cílem analýzy je odhalení slabých stránek, se kterými se ekonomické alternativy v České republice potýkají a následné doporučení pro eliminaci zjištěných slabých stránek. Analýza je provedena na základě řízených strukturovaných rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky vybraných alternativ. Na základě těchto rozhovorů je zpracována SWOT analýza, jsou izolovány slabé stránky a následně jsou vypracována doporučení pro eliminaci zjištěných slabých stránek.The aim of this work is to describe the situation of alternative economic systems in the Czech Republic, to create a definition of alternative economic system that are examined in this bachelor thesis, based on this definition select several specific alternative economic systems operating in the Czech Republic and describe and analyze these in detail. The aim of the analysis is to reveal the weaknesses that economic alternatives face in the Czech Republic and offer recommendations for the elimination of the identified weaknesses. The analysis is performed on the basis of controlled structured interviews with main protagonists of selected alternatives. Based on these interviews, SWOT analysis is prepared, weaknesses are isolated and then I work on recommendations for the elimination of identified weaknesses. With its content and scope of research, this bachelor's thesis could in the future be a suitable basis for follow-up and more extensive research in the master's thesis, which could aim to analyse a larger sample of alternatives and attempt a closer and more extensive specification of common weaknesses of economic alternatives in the Czech Republic.
