Tato práce shrnuje poznatky týkající se ostruhy patní kosti. Zaměřuje se především na využití fyzioterapie a možnosti konzervativní léčby u pacientů s tímto problémem. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a kineziologie především patní kosti a jejích úponů, jejich role ve statice a dynamice nohy, dále pak etiopatogeneze a diagnostika tohoto onemocnění. Praktická část pojednává o možnostech terapie s důrazem na fyzioterapeutické postupy a prevence. Součástí práce je kazuistika pacienta s ostruhou patní kosti.This work summarizes the findings regarding heel spurs. It focuses mainly on the use of physiotherapy and conservative treatment options for patients with this problem. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and kinesiology of the heel bone and its insertions, their role in the statics and dynamics of the foot, as well as the etiopathogenesis and diagnosis of this disease. The practical part deals with the possibilities of therapy with the emphasis on physiotherapeutic procedures and prevention. The part of the work is a case report of a patient with the heel spur.
